Our First Client - Energy for a Distribution Centre
Our very first client was involved in a Management Buyout from a multinational group. Following the completion of the buyout, they discovered that the group rates were no longer being honoured, as they were now operating as an independent business. This unexpected turn of events caused a ripple effect throughout the company, as the rate increases were not accounted for and were a staggering amount higher than the previous unit rate.
We immediately stepped in to negotiate on behalf of our client, persuading the current supplier to temporarily maintain the group rates for a fixed period until we could secure a more suitable alternative. This was a complex process, as the group arrangement was established outside of the United Kingdom. Eventually, we were able to secure a new supplier within the UK who agreed to provide services at favourable rates to those previously enjoyed by the group.
Our partnership with this client has endured over the years, as we continue to provide support and guidance in navigating the ever-changing energy landscape.
